You should get to know the exotic Seychelles. Crowds of tourists desire to roll on the sandy beaches washed by the azure sea. Thanks to the tropical climate there is a very varied and lush vegetation.
Czech citizens do not need a visa to enter Seychelles. A valid passport is sufficient. You can go with a travel agency or on your own. You can buy tickets at low prices. You will reach the island in 40 hours with a stopover, because there is no direct flight from Prague. However, the time spent on the plane is worth it. Beautiful nature, adventure and amazing experiences await you.
The biggest islands to visit are the Mahé Islands, the Aldabra Group, the Alphonse Group and other small island groupings. The local currency here is the Seyschel Rupee, but local laws require foreigners to pay for all services, including foreign currency admission.
There are endless beaches waiting for you in Seychelles. The most beautiful can be found on the island of La Digue. The best beach is Beau Vallon, where you can get the cheapest accommodation in local hotels. Swimming is suitable for Mahé or Praslin, where most tourists head. Mahé is the largest island on which the capital Seychelles Victoria lies. The main airport is located here. The surrounding islands can be reached by boat, helicopter or smaller aircraft. The local airport has 20 domestic flights a day.
Do not forget to visit the island of La Digue. It is one of the most photographed beaches in the world. It is the least inhabited island and you will find the desired peace. Nid d´Aigles (Eagle’s Nest), the highest mountain of the island is only 333 meters. It is surrounded by the islands of Petite Soeur, Grande Soeur, Félicité and Marianne. There is a museum where you can see the production of coconut oil or nature reserve, where the black flycatcher is at home. You can go cycling here.
